Watts was found guilty of seriously injuring a Florida Highway Patrol Trooper, Toni Schuck, on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in March of 2022. She has been charged with a misdemeanor DUI and a felony charge of fleeing or attempting to evade law enforcement.

She wants to take her experience and help other people and she has put herself in a position to do that,” says Denson. Her legal team is planning to ask the court to impose just the eight months in jail that she has already served and then put her on probation so that she can be monitored, make sure she is staying out of trouble, and then help other people.
